You've just welcomed a new member of staff and you're wondering which skills you should train them on first. Here are at least two ways of identifying which training courses to launch :
1. Onboarding or integration trainings 🏁
You may have a number of training courses to run for new arrivals. If this course is integrated into Mercateam, you can launch a training session and search for the following keywords: “Onboarding” or “Integration”:
If you haven't digitized a common integration path for your entire site, Mercateam makes it easy for you to create one. Contact us in the tchat or take an appointment with us so we can help you set it up!
For example, these courses can include: safety induction, site visit, basic knowledge of PPE, etc...
2. Workstation based trainings 📐
You can also use the overview to find out which skills this new employee should be trained on, based on the workstation aimed to be occupied :
Go to your team, then to the overview, and finally to the workstation view. By clicking on the “+” on the empty pie chart of the position on which this employee is to be trained, you can launch the corresponding training courses :
You can then choose to launch one or all of the training courses associated with the workstation. Allowing your new employee to be partially or fully trained for the workstation he or she will occupy :
