🟦 Level 1 – Getting started
Goal: basic feature knowledge without diving into specific use cases.
Example criteria:
I can identify expired skills in the Information view
I can assign someone to a position in the schedule

I understand the difference between skills, authorisations, and job training
🟧 Level 2 – Autonomy
Goal: the user operates independently on their scope and no longer needs the Mercateam support team.
