Configuration

In this tutorial, you will find all the steps to:

  1. Create training content / materials

  2. Create a content type (instruction, generic information)

  3. Create an evaluation questionnaire

ā„¹ļø There are two categories of content in Mercateam:

Instruction – content that can be linked to at least one of the following: position / skill / certification.

An Instruction has the following characteristics:

  • It appears in all training sessions launched for the linked items.
    (Example: I link my content to skills X and Y. If a training session is launched for skill Y, the content must be validated during the training.)

  • If modified (or upon creation), it can be communicated to all employees who already hold the related skills/certifications.

Generic information – content used as communication that can be associated with a sector / team. This category has the following characteristic:

  • If modified (or upon creation), it can be communicated to all employees belonging to the linked team or sector.

Daily monitoring and management
