The advanced search tool allows you to search for employees according to several filters:

You can combine several criteria to extend your research scope.

By selecting specific restrictions, you can exclude from your search results employees who have this restriction on their profile.

Once you have selected filters by clicking on the respective buttons and checking the boxes corresponding to your criteria, Mercateam will suggest different employee profiles that meet at least one of the criteria you selected.

If you want to find emplotees who meet all criteria you have selected, you must click on the "All criteria must be true" button.

Once you have performed an advanced search, you can click on the Versatility Matrix button (the grid below the number of results).

This matrix allows you to quickly compare your employees according to your search criteria. You can see their level on each skill, if they are trainers or if they are in training.
