In Mercateam, you can set goals to plan the development of your employees' skills!

Set a goal, and associate it with different skills and employees

In the Monitoring menu and then in the Goals tab, click on + define a goal.

1️⃣ Set a goal

The first step is to define your new goal according to the following parameters:

  • The Goal's title (*)

  • The manager / HR in charge (not mandatory)

  • The associated skills (*),

  • The start date,

  • The end date.

information followed by (*) is mandatory

2️⃣ The second step is to select the scope of this objective:

Selecting the scope (*) allows you to choose to whom your objective will be applied according to different grids: site / sector / team / employee.

Once you have selected the scope, you can continue to create your objective by clicking on "continue to the definition of objectives by levels".

3️⃣ In this third step, you will determine the number of trained employees you want to reach per skill and per skill level compared to the current situation.

For example, here, I would like to have 6 people trained (versus 3 currently) in the ONBOARDING FAB skill for the selected scope. I will therefore proceed with the training of 3 employees (explain below).

To validate your goal you can click on save.

Once your goal is validated, it will appear in your goal list:

In the overview of your goal, you will find the analysis and evolution of this goal over time.

💡 Your goals are dynamic!

The goals you create are designed to evolve in real time based on the changes you make in your application such as adding or removing employees.
