To reset your password, first get your username, otherwise please contact us to verify that an account has been created for you.
1/ Reset request
On the Mercateam login page:
Click on the reset password / forgotten password button under the password field.
Click on the Send button once your email is filled in.
👉 A confirmation message will inform you that an email has been sent to the address registered with your account.
2/ Once the reset email is received
Once the reset email is received, you will be redirected to a page allowing you to set a new password and confirm it.
You will then be able to return to the login page to try to login again.
