Once you have created a piece of content, you can send a notification to the people concerned so that they go and view the content in question.

On the dashboard, you just have to click on the rectangle "contents to view". The list of contents will appear : for each content, you can see the number of informed employees as well as the number of employees who have yet to be informed.

To send a notification to people who have not yet viewed the content, click on the three small dots at the end of the line and then on "notify". You can then choose to send a notification to the team leaders concerned by e-mail, or directly on Mercateam, or both.

If you verbally inform a number of collaborators of the creation or modification of content, you can certify that you have done so so that they do not have to receive notifications. To do this, always on the dashboard, click on "Contents to be viewed" and then on the three small dots at the end of the line, click on "Validate" : then select all the employees who have been informed, then tick the box "I certify that I have informed the collaborators" and finally save.
