How do I know who has viewed a content ?
➡️On the dashboard page, simply click on the "content to view" rectangle. The list of content then appears: for each content, you can then see the number of collaborators informed as well as the number of collaborators who remain to be informed.
How to certify that collaborators have been informed without validating each person one by one?
➡️If you verbally inform a certain number of collaborators of the creation or modification of content, you can certify having done so so that they do not have to receive notifications. To do this, still at the dashboard level, by clicking on "Content to view" then on the three small dots at the end of the line, we click on "Consultation details"
Go to the "have not viewed" tab => here you can mass validate the awareness of content by several collaborators.
By clicking on the pencil on the right you will be able to certify that a person has read the content :
