Here is a list by module of the specific vocabulary of Mercateam:
ARCHITECTURE :
1/ Shifts = corresponds to the working hours of the employees (e.g.: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm).
2/ Workstation = corresponds to the workstations occupied by the employees which can also be split to a set of substations.
3/ Substation = corresponds to an extension of a workstation.
ADMINISTRATION :
Administration = tab for managing and configuring Mercateam's architecture, collaborators and users.
User = is a person with an account allowing access to Mercateam.
Employee = is a person working on site, not necessarily having an account to access Mercateam.
LIBRARY
Library = tab for creating, editing and deleting skills/clearances, positions and keywords in Mercateam.
Rights :
Rights = tab to configure Mercateam access according to user type.
DASHBOARD
Dashboard = provides access to all site information needed to manage team performance.
PROFILE
Profile = the user's profile contains general information: surname, first name, department, e-mail and associated rights. Users can also set their notifications.
EMPLOYEE CARD
Employee card = is the record of an employee who has an employment contract with the company, bringing together all of their information (ID number, function, history, skills, training, etc.).
Contracts monitoring = shows the employee's contract type and expiry date
Team history = get to know the employee's team and their history within the company
Restrictions/Keywords = information directly related to the employee
Comments = Text box with information about the employee
MANAGEMENT OF SKILLS AND CLEARANCES :
Skill = refers to a know-how that can have levels of mastery.
Clearance = means a certification acquired most often through an external organization.

Versatility = the % of versatility is the number of skills possessed divided by the maximum number of skills possessed if everyone mastered all the skills.
Multiskilling = is the ability of a person to master and mobilize a variety of skills.
CONTENTS :
Path = a generic instruction or information.
Content = all the instructions and generic information created on Mercateam.
Instruction = is a document related to skills, clearances or positions (e.g. operating instructions).
Generic information = is a document intended for a perimeter of the site (e.g. a health or safety standard).
MONITORING :
Processes = is a keyword that allows to group together competences.
WORKFORCE PLANNING :
Affiliated employees = are the employees selected at the time of the creation of the job record, potentially those occupying this job.
Close employees = are the employees who have skills and clearances in common with a job record. They must have at least 10% correspondence with the job card to be included in the list of close employees.
PLANNING :
Note = allows you to communicate information directly.
OPTIONS :
Revision = mode for accessing older versions of files. It is possible to retrieve an old version via this tab. It can be accessed via the 3 dots.
Edit = mode for modifying, editing. It is accessed via the 3 small dots at the end of the line.
