When you create a skill, you can enter the different skill levels.
Under your logo,
Click on the Library tab
In the Skills sub-tab, you can add a skill and manage level captions.
Next, use the level captions as keywords to define your skill levels.
For example:
Level 1 - Beginner
Level 2 - Intermediate
Level 3 - Advanced
Once you've filled in the level legends, you'll notice that a black box appears in your skills matrix with the relevant legend title, when you hover your mouse over a matrix value.
