When you launch an automatic schedule, you must enter different settings :
Max Assignment Score
Whether or not expertise/versatility is taken into account
What shifts to base on
Team and position scope
Post priority
Automatic schedule templates will allow you to not have to fill in all these elements each time. You will also have the opportunity to name these models in order to better manage your organization according to your needs.
Create an automatic schedule template
To create your automatic schedule template :
Click on schedule
Click on the magic wand
Click on “Run automatic schedule”
Enter the desired parameters
Click on “Templates”
Click on “save a new template”
Name the template and validate ✅
Each template that you create via a team can only be found in the team concerned. Templates will not be visible in other teams.
Launch an automatic schedule from a template
In order to use the previously saved templates, to make your schedule :
Click on the magic wand
Click on “Run automatic schedule”
Click on “Templates”
You will find the list of all previously registered templates (here "Model 1")
Click on the template that interests you
Click on Start the automatic schedule at the bottom right
Edit/Delete a template
Once a template is saved, you will no longer be able to modify it. You will need to delete it and recreate one.
To delete a template :
Click on schedule
Click on the magic wand
Click on “Run automatic schedule”
Click on “Templates”
You will find the list of all previously registered models (here "Model 1")
Click on the trash can icon to the right of the model name
A page will open asking you if you really want to delete the template
Click on “Yes, I'm deleting it”
Following the manipulation described above, the template will be permanently deleted. We recommend to refresh the web page to remove any mention of the deleted template.
