To keep our tool simple and intuitive, we've merged the Load Management function with the Shift Closure function, allowing you to easily manage your shifts according to the needs of your schedule.

Where do I go to close my workstations?

To access the closing and opening of your workstations or sub-workstations by day, go to the Workload Management section of your schedule:

How do I close my workstations?

To close workstations, follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Load Management section of your schedule.

  2. Fill in the rows, columns or boxes to be closed.

  3. Indicate “0” employees for each position you wish to close.

Before setting your workload to 0

After setting your load to 0 on the relevant workstations

💡 you can also mass-apply a load to the whole week by entering it in the grey box at the top left.

Once the load has been filled in (annotating “0” for all the workstations you wish to close), the boxes concerned will be grayed out, visually indicating that these workstations are closed.

Don't hesitate to let us know if you encounter any problems, we're available through Mercateam chat.
