2 - Defining your project team

The client project team's role is key to the successful execution of the project.

- Trained by Mercateam, the champion is the ambassador of the solution to users and supports them in the transition to Mercateam
- Coordinates deployment and communication between Mercateam and the users
- Centralizes key user requests and forwards them to Mercateam
- Acts as Mercateam liaison on-site

ℹ️ Our recommandation

  • In the case of a group deployment, we strongly recommend a group sponsor and champion in addition to the site project teams to ensure overall coordination and standardization.

  • The key users must be defined from the start of the project; it is important to communicate with them throughout the project to involve them as much as possible and ensure that support champion/key user routines are integrated to support change.

3 - Identification of key users

We recommend that you identify key users from the start, particularly to mobilize them during the kick-off visit, so that we can discuss their needs and expectations with them.

During deployment, key users will be grouped into working groups around the same theme (management of authorizations, management of know-how, etc.)
