The schedule workload (the "muscle") is what allows you to define how many employees are supposed to occupy a position at the same time (same day, same working hours).

This feature only serves as a reference for automatic planning, and will never prevent you from manually assigning the number of employees you wish to.

Where to fill out my charge?

To go to the page allowing you to enter the number of collaborators you will need :

  • Go to your schedule

  • Click on the muscle

By clicking on the muscle, your planning grid will be transformed into a load matrix :

By default, the load is set to 1, which means that only one employee at a time can occupy the position. However, you can change this here and define the number of collaborators you wish to have on the workstation at the same time.

If you set the load to 0, the workstation will be treated as closed.

How do I enter my load by schedule?

The “all schedules” view is not the view you will use to enter your load. It is used in particular to close positions if necessary. Here, you will need to enter your charge per shift.

To select a shift :

  • click on “all schedules” at the top left of your charging schedule

  • all the shifts associated with your team will appear, select the one for which you wish to provide your needs

  • fill in the load

You have the possibility to enter your charge :

  • box by box

  • on a line directly

  • on a column directly

  • on my entire schedule at once (top left)

If you need to import your planning load en masse, contact us to set it up!
