How to activate content restriction?
To begin, you need to manage user rights. By default, this right is not activated. To activate it, please follow the steps below:
Click on your logo at the top of the page.
Go to the "Rights" tab.
Uncheck the boxes according to the right status you wish to change
Restrict access to content to certain users
When creating content, you now have the option of ticking the "Restrict access to this content" box.
You can then select the users you authorise to view and/or modify the content according to the rights selected.
Monitoring content viewing
Monitoring content viewing remains the same as for other content.
However, an additional box will be visible in the user profile: "Access to restricted content".
Under this box, each user will be able to see the list of content to which they have access.
