What is the purpose of content restriction ?
This restriction will allow you to create content for which only certain defined users will be able to view and edit the content.
What are the related rights ?
Restricted content / management
Access authorized = I can see all restricted content even if I am not part of the list of authorized users
Access denied = I can only see restricted content if I am part of the authorized users
How to restrict content to certain users ?
You can only restrict access to content if you have the "restricted content / management" right in edition.
If you do not see the access restriction options appear, it is because you do not have the rights to this mention and we invite you to refer to your internal project manager.

Once the content is published, you have the possibility to configure access to the content :
You can then select which users you allow to view and/or edit the content.
Don't forget to save !
Monitoring content viewing
Monitoring content viewing remains the same as for other content.
However, an additional box will be visible in the user profile: "Access to restricted content".
Under this box, each user will be able to see the list of content to which they have access.
